Instead of running a promotion based on grand printing effects to show a prestige product, this estate agent opted to create a hard-to-ignore memorable object.

strategy

We came up with the idea of a pleasant and even decorative object and took advantage of the fact the promotion was being run in an environment of prestige tourism. The idea was to express optimism, warmth and amenableness and for the brochure to be a pleasant gift. This brochure can even be a toy!
